Job Title: Programme Support                                

Salary: £23,350 - £25,793 (DOE)

Location: Cheshire          

Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday

The role

Our family run client based in Cheshire is currently on the hunt for a talented and experienced Programme Support to be based at their Head office in Cheshire. As the Programme support you will be a confident communicator who is able to take a methodical approach to their work by running an established department.

You will have the ability to assist in chasing jobs, controlling production schedules and liaising with all customers regarding each individual job that comes in to the department.

This role would suit somebody who is highly organised with great levels of attention to detail and who is a great team player.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate issues and correspondence clearly and efficiently
  • Methodical and great attention to detail
  • Arranging and managing job schedules
  • Maintain the CRM system
  • Liase with customers and suppliers clearly communicating all updates
  • Controlling production schedules
  • Support the Programme Team Leader in scheduling and coordinating site works
  • Effectively communicate and liaise with business and site managers to ensure site readiness prior to attendance
  • Support the site engineers with all site requirements, ensuring they have all equipment and information required
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all required parts are made available and projects progress smoothly
  • Produce O&M Manuals
  • Ensure tools remain in calibration and schedules are kept up to date
  • Understand and issue reports post works
  • Produce basic quotations
  • Assist in preparation of RAMs
  • Order processing
  • Arranging transportation
  • Provide technical support to clients with the assistance of the team
  • Support the department in administrative tasks and cover holidays

Skills and experience sought

  • Previous experience of working in a Manufacturing environment desired
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to forge strong key relationships both externally and internally
