Job Title: Pannel Assembler                                      

Salary: £12PH (DOE)

Location: Crewe               

Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

The role

A family run company based in Cheshire is currently on the hunt for a talented and experienced Pannel Assembler to join them. You will be part of an established team and have the ability to forge an exciting and long-standing career.

Main duties and responsibilities:

 

To assemble control panels and kiosks to given wiring diagrams and parts lists

Liase with test Engineers, stores and Design departments with problems relating to design and manufacturing

Keep accurate time sheets in relation to hours spend on each individual job

Maintain and assist in improving company procedures where possible

 

Skills and experience sought

Previous experience of working in a similar role

Understanding of control system functionality and components

Knowledge of reading schematic diagrams

Ability to make off cables and looms, soldering components, forming cables and assembly of control panel backplates

Personal Qualities

Excellent communication skills - both verbally and in written form

Team player

Self motivated with excellent attention to detail

Good time management

Ability to work to high standards at all times
